I am debating between two 760's... The first has higher clock speeds...

...but the second has 4GB of VRAM

Will NVIDIA GPU Boost effectively make clock speeds obsolete? Also, do you think that 2GB of VRAM will be insufficient in next-gen games such as BF4, Total War Rome 2, or even Crysis... 4? I plan on using this card for the next 2 years, and would prefer to not run it with another 760 in SLI.
