I've been reading around about CPU Input Voltage but I don't really know what I'm doing, figured it would be best to play it safe and stick to what I know. I have only changed my multiplier to 45 and voltage to 1.14V fixed. Also I don't really know what's a good stress test for Haswell. I've been using Prime95 Small FFTs.
Ambient temperature is a bit high at 82 F if that would have any effect on it, but still my temperatures seem a bit high especially for an AIO liquid cooler. 4.6GHz at 1.21V had way too high temperatures with my cores ranging between 85C-90C, so I went down.
