Will a gtx 650ti boost bottleneck with a dual core 2.5ghz turbo 3.2ghz?

Are you sure that your CPU often run at 2.5ghz and have a turbo clock of 3.2ghz? Since the only CPU in which those numbers apply is a laptop CPU, i5 2520m, and you can't use a desktop CPU with a laptop.

Could be an older cpu too. Like the core2duo or even an AMD cpu. Although I don't know if they use the term turbo.

I see. The 2520m won't cause any significant bottleneck here, you're good to go. This GPU should be equal to a pentium g860 in terms of gaming. Just make sure that your external parts can power the vga well.
