A couple of things to consider:

* Keep your purchase options down to 2 or 3 vendors (I use Newegg, Amazon, & NCIX - I trust them).
* Your CPU price is from Microcenter's "IN STORE ONLY" price, so that means you would have to pick it up at the store for that price, so unless your around the corner from a Microcenter store, you will be paying around $220 for that CPU.
* Your RAM selection isn't the best, so I would get RAM sets that run at stock voltage (1.5v) and at least CAS 9 timings or faster (CAS 8, CAS 7, etc.). 1600 mHz is perfect for Intel based systems, so you got that right.
* Your parts look pretty good and should be fine. I'd recommend getting the Haswell equivalent of the i5 3570k, because you get more Motherboard options...

That PSU is overkill though. Save some dollar and get a 550 - 600W PSU. :)

Other than that, looks great. :D

I'd get a mechanical keyboard, but that's just my preference. Mechanical keyboards cost a lot more anyway :p

Quite balanced, but we can take advantage of Newegg's deal on haswell parts to get you a i5 4670k + Z87 combo instead. Got you a better modular PSU that an house another GTX770 in thefuture if you want, more strudy case and a monitor with lower respond time, too:
