I want to build a computer within this year now.
What is the cheapest and the best computer I can get for gaming and CPU intensive tasks ?
Conditions :
CPU required : AMD FX 8320/8350
Monitor Resolution : 1024 by 768.
Will be keeping this computer for :
about 4 to 5 years.

Actual budget (Indian Rupees) : Willing to pay about 20 to 30000 INR.
RAM required : 4gb is enough.
My most favorite and demanding game till now is : Rail Works 4 Train Simulator 2013 which I want to max out.
The cheapest will be the computer, the soon will I get it.
Well, It should be future proof.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey i am 17 and i just finished my 12th grade
I am no one to tell you this , but i bought my first pc when i was around your age and it spoilt my life and my future [now i realise .. i didnt realise it back then :( ]
Why dont you finish up your 12th then start gaming? Rather buy a nice phone now...

Here's the form filled :
Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: Before December. (I know that no new processor will come out)

Budget Range: Rs.25000 to 30000 INR

System Usage from Most to Least Important: CPU Intensive tasks; Web Browsing; Video Calling; You Tube; PC Gaming; Watching Movies

Are you buying a monitor: No (I already have a CRT @ 1024 by 768 Resolution)

Parts to Upgrade: Nothing (Full New Required) [I just need 4 components : CPU,GPU,RAM and Mobo]

Do you need to buy OS: No (I will be installing Windows XP on the New system for less RAM Usage)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I Prefer buying from local store but still online sites : ebay, flipkart, theitdepot.

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab, India, Asia

Parts Preferences: by brand or type :As this is my first time build, I prefer all brands.

Overclocking: I do not know about this. Maybe in future.

SLI or Crossfire: Don't know about this. No

Your Monitor Resolution: Default Monitor Resolution : 1024 by 768. Gaming Resolution : 800 by 600. Maybe the default Resolution.

Additional Comments: Not really because I do not game a lot. If I do game, my main aim is getting smooth FPS.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: No Upgrades. It is a fully new PC.

if u do not game than u should just get an apu it is unlocked so u can overclock later if u want and will easily handle ur resolution u will play every game at medium settings

apu - A10-6800k - http://www.flipkart.com/amd-4-1-ghz-fm2-a10-series-a10-6800k-four-core-processor/p/itmdhtnuhrjrzywk?pid=PSRDHTNMHWAFEGMQ&ref=5baf73e8-bb9c-4568-ba92-48ecb2cf73c9

mobo - MSI FM2-A75MA-P33 - http://www.flipkart.com/msi-fm2-a75ma-p33-motherboard/p/itmdhtmxhrcfv3et?pid=MBDDHTMWGAYZWV3C&ref=aebe36e6-6a02-4faf-a165-f8e8a3358b9a

ram - G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB - http://www.flipkart.com/g-skill-ripjawsx-ddr3-4-gb-2-x-2-gb-pc-ram-f3-12800cl9d-4gbxl/p/itmd2ryshjzzjkef?pid=RAMD2RYRFCGQYUVB&ref=c79e4400-cfd4-4146-a8c8-ecc28b39b206

as u do not game any system will be future proof this is the cheapest build u can get and enough money is left for other peripherals
but if u want something more powerful which will be able to run games at high setting let me know

What about this build ? :
Processor : AMD FX 6300 : Rs.6,500
RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws X 4GB (2x2) 1600Mhz DDR3 RAM : Rs.1,700
Motherboard : MSI 970A-G43 AMD AM3+ Motherboard : Rs.4,000
Graphics Card : Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1GB DDR5 : Rs.7,500
G.Total : Rs.19,700

This build's total cost is also about the same as the APU build.

Hehhehehehe!!!!!
'CPU Intensive Tasks' in mean is to say to last that processor as long as possible in doing daily tasks such as web browsing . (I want to make the PC as much future proof as possible)
Here's my list of daily tasks :
Web Surfing
You tube
Listening Songs (Very Rare)
Watching Movies (Very Rare)
Playing Mindjolt Flash Games (Facebook)
Want Smooth Video Calling on Facebook (Important) (Does about 10 to 15 times in a month)
Playing PC games :
1.)Need For Speed (All Versions)
2.)Crysis 2
3.)Railworks 3 and 4
4.)BF3
5.)Flash Games.

All the games will be played at resolution as low as 800 by 600.

the prices are from flipkart u will get it cheaper from ur local market
but if u play games like BF3(which i did not know) i will not recommend a apu although for ur resolution an apu will play every games at medium settings and some at high
but ur build looks good but u will need a psu like
corsair cx 430 - http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-cmpsu-430cxv2uk-430-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5qs9mhqmq?pid=PSUD5XZ4ZJ5YPGBU&ref=bb5c40f7-d5a8-406c-8fee-fda9ef444211
or
Seasonic SS400BT - http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-ss400bt-psu/p/itmdfbeqezgmgggf?pid=PSUDFBEPQB2ZCCMS&ref=c7a4952a-ac73-42f8-b83b-573beeccd8c2

I already have a 350Watt PSU which can handle those components.
Well, Just another question, As you have seen my needs of computer usage, So, With which PC I should go ?
APU Build or the FX Build ?

which psu do u have? make sure it has a six pin pcie connector and the psu can supply at least 19 amps on a 12 volt line
if u will play games like battlefield 4(when it comes out) and other demanding games with the fx build but with ur power supply it will be pushing it and there will be no room for any upgrades
but if u do not care about playing every single game at high settings u can go with the apu it is a quad core cpu and will handle the tasks u mention easily

OK, Whatsoever. Leave it.
I am gonna go with the APU build. It has better enough graphics to play the games.
I will be playing the games at 800 by 600
Is a 1600MHz G.Skill RAM OK ?
The total build cost of APU will be :
Processor : AMD A10 6800K APU : Rs.8,000
RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws X 4GB (2GB x 2) 1600Mhz : Rs.1,700
Motherboard : MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard : Rs.3,000
G.Total : Rs.12,700
Is it good ????
Will it handle all my tasks ??? I think, to increase its performance, I would prefer to overclock it.
Will it suffice my needs ?

If you want to make pc future proof you should go with FX 6350 @ 6.5k Rs + HD 7850 @ 13.5k Rs = 20k Rs
I know its a bit more but yes it's more future proof [and will last you easily for 3+ years ]than the apu build and u can play all current games at ultra settings at those resolutions

Can you please suggest a good PC build with everything written ????
I am coming using computers from 7 years (current age is 14) but I had never done hard core gaming.
And even if I would require a graphics card for future like for video rendering or other things, I would buy a high end card. But for now, a radeon hd 7770 is enough for me.
I if want something futureproof , then it is the processor. :D

So, Can u suggest one good build?

If you still decide to go for the pc [HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED]
Here's the build i will suggest you to go for:

CPU - FX-8350 @ 11k rs
Mobo - Asus m5a97 r2.0 EVO - 8k RS
GPU - 7790 HD [No idea about the price]
Ram - G.Skill RipJawsX 1600Mhz 2 x 4GB @ Around 4.5k Rs

Hey, My parents were also saying to save your future. And now, as u have also told me, I will not build a PC till class 12th. Because PC's are needed after 12th only.
My parents also do not allow me a phone. That I think is a good choice for them because a phone can also spoil your future. So, My parents said me, get a tablet. It will help in your studies. And I also think that it will help.
With Pocket WiFi Internet I take my tablet anywhere with internet. Tablet will also help me for reading books because I heard it has more than 4 millions of e-books. The tablet is the Google's Nexus 7. Is that a good tablet ?
Can it do the tasks which we do on a PC ? (Not talking about gaming).
So, I am going with a tablet PC.
Thanks for saving my future. Well, Currently my holidays are going on so I just want to get more knowledge about computer. BTW, What do you think the technology will be by 2015-16 ??? Will there be only BGA Processors instead of LGA Socketed Processors ?
My wish is to go into Non-Medical Line and become an engineer.

Bro i love you! My 12th just finished and now i am going to buy a nice PC for hardcore gaming and a nice phone too :)
I studied nothing in 11th and 12th but did go to coaching classes for IIT [every indian parent wants their child to go to IIT lol] I failed my preboards in 12th but somehow i managed to get 90% [ no i did not copy/cheat - just studided 15hrs a day for 15days ] and missed the cutoff in iit mains by a few marks but somehow secured a comp eng degree at a local college! [More than satasfied now]
So in my eyes, you are a hero! You did something i could not do, i fell prey to the greed of gaming :( !

The technology in 2015-16 is very much a mystery, only time can tell how much progress we make!

PS: I have absolutely no idea about tablets :( But have PM'ed you a link to check!
