So this is my 1000$ budget gaming PC, including an OS.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz with 8 cores
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970
MotherBoard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
RAM: Corsair Vengence 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair CX600
Storage: 1TB 3.5" Western Digital Caviar Blue
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912
Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Also, does anyone know of cheaper Corsair RAM or a better/cheaper case by Corsair? And I was looking into buying the i5 3570k, does anyone know of a mother board?

What SR-71 is saying is that you cannot go cheap on a PSU; it is a mission critical component that, if if fails, could destroy the rest of your rig. So it is wise to spend the extra $30 it takes to get a good PSU from a reputable company. Try this case by NZXT to save some money http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also, from what I understand, the Ghz edition of the 7970 is more than worth the extra cost (I think about $40). It is probably not worth it for you to overclock your CPU if you are gaming on it, so you could save money there. Also by purchasing an unlocked processor, you always have the option of simply buying and installing an aftermarket cooler later should you decide you need more performance.

Okay, I've change my case to the one you've recommended. I've got some space for a PSU but only an 80$ one. So, what do you recommend?

It looks like this one would suit your budget, and Seasonic is a very reputable PSU maker: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Edit: It is not uncommon to find a good PSU on sale on Newegg either threw their daily deals, email promotions, or on a shell shocker deal

Yea, Newegg is an awesome place to discounts and whatnot. But, Newegg does not deliver to where I live so I am forced to rely on Amazon.
