Both are good, read a lot of reviews for the ACX cooler and it is doing amazingly. EVGa also have a very good customer service and their warranty are good. I would recommend the EVGA due to my bias. Anyway the difference would be quite marginal so it is up to you which brand you prefer or which card.

Cancelled my order with Tiger Direct because they're a bunch of liars and the card is backordered and won't be shipped until July 3rd! Placed my order with the Gigabyte GTX 780 Windforce instead!

Yes, but my i7 4770k haswell build arrives today! I'm not waiting that long and plus July 4th will create more delays! And plus the Gigabyte card was $693 with rush processing and next day shipping. As opposed to the eVGA card which was $736 with 2 day shipping!
