Webcam issue what to do

I think so, as long as the driver for the webcam is installed, it should still be usable. Although I don't think there are means of opening the webcam simply through desktop without the MediaSmart Webcam program, for example I think you'd have to be video chatting for it to show. I could be wrong, no harm in uninstalling it to see. You could always redownload the software by searching it up via google! Hope that helped.
