Intel G630 vs E5800

Please let me know that between G630 and E5800, which one's performance is better

  1. G630 is even better than the top-notch old LGA775 core 2 duo CPUs like the E8400, so it's better than an E5800 without questions. But then the E5800 can be overlocked to match the performance of a G630 if you have a good P35/P45/X38,... motherboard.

    If you're building a new PC then G630 is obviously the way to go due to newer technologies and the list of motherboard that supports G630 at the moment is very big.
  2. everything madness said is correct. also the g630 uses ddr3 (and an integrated memory controller), so you get much faster memory access.
