Accidentally deleted Userinit.exe from registry

Hi, since a few weeks ago, my computer has been starting up with totally no Explorer.exe. I fixed it by logging off and then logging back in. However, a few days ago, no matter how many times I logged off and then on, it didn't work.

I've also tried editing the registry - which worked last time, but not for the one a few days ago. Also, I accidentally removed userinit.exe (... NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Userinit) from the registry ><

The thing is, I don't have a Windows XP disk so I burned one to my CD - I can boot from it but then it stops halfway because of bsod that says something like stop error 7e pci.sys.

I've also tried booting from Hiren and PCRegedit but none worked because whenever I choose the option to boot from CD/DVD, it goes on to load Windows normally.

I've tried various BIOS options and yes, CD/DVD is the first in the Boot Sequence. Also, this computer has been around for a few years and I'd generally say it's quite alright, though it has been reformatted quite a few times already. By the way, my computer can load all the way to the log-in screen still, just that whenever i log into any of my accounts now there's totally no explorer.exe at all AND now, it logs off automatically by itself in a few seconds. Can't use Task Manager (was able to use it last time), no right click or anything.

Already ran various virus scans when it happened a few weeks ago btw.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks! c:

Sorry about that, I had MalwareBytes too. Found a few errors here and there but they were fixed. Also, I can't log in btw haha :sarcastic:
