So I have two drives that were setup on raid 1 and now both hard drives became raw, I have no idea how that happened but I tried to recover it using some software like reclaime file recovery, recover my files and it did recover some of the data I want but some files like .docx are displaying blank pages, so should I do something else? How can I recover it the right way? Do I have to connect both drive to recover the files? And I haven't tried this yet but do I have to use the same computer or connect both drive on raid so I can recover it?

Was the RAID setup on the PC that had it using the internal RAID controller built into the MB? That's the problem with using whatever-brand-MB RAID is built in. It may do it different than another brand of MB or a different chipset and won't work, so relying on the MB's RAID can lock you to that MB and your RAID array won't work on any other MB because it can't understand it.

We need more info. Were you using the Windows 7/8 RAID program, or were you using a motherboard RAID system?

Did you try to "remove" the mirror, or did this happen spontaneously? Did you make any changes to your computer? What were you doing when this happened?

Input! We need input!
