Yeah hyperthreading is nice to have if there starts to be more games optimized for more than four cores, we'll see how the market reacts to the new consoles maybe the programming with improve to allow you to fully use your chip with them, or maybe not.
Hyperthreading does reduce your performance a small bit as was stated, more importantly hyperthreading makes it more difficult to overclock, so if you are looking for a higher stable overclock you can disable hyperthreading and it may take you to the next step, this is a fairly common action with i7 overclocking. Nothing wrong with staying at 4.5 ghz though, more than enough power for whatever you have planned, and your numbers there are very good! <1.3V and package temp at 74C looking like a decent chip you got.
