my pc has following configuration
I3 550 3.20 ghz
3 GB RAM
MOTHERBOARD DELL OC2JKT
i want to buy a gpu which can run crysis 3 on ultra settings which gpu should i buy.i currently have pov gt 430 1gb. thanks in advance & i cant change my mobo now.also that whether my mobo can support 1600 mhz ram

I have rs 20000(about $ 400) in which i want to buy a gpu from rs 14000 (about $ 280) & with money left i want to change my chasis & psu to 550w & i also want to buy a 1600 mhz ram ripjaws but i dont whether it will support or not
