I would probably choose the CM because of the slightly more cable management room behind the MB area and the grommet-ed cable pass-thrus..

Go with the coolermaster it has a better airflow design.

Never heard that about the Corsair 500r fans. I have 2 Corsair cases, the one in my sig and the 300r. They both are extremely quiet with excellent fans. And very well made. But between the 2 cases, it would be a tough call. I don't see the airflow problem the mod mentioned above.
But the CM seems to have a bit more room behind the MB tray. I say seems to, because the Corsair has a huge 'bubble' on the side of the case that will allow a lot of extra room on that side for wire management. See if you can find some online reviews with pics to help you decide.

I guess it comes down to which look the best.

The CM Storm Trooper allows you to pretty much do as you like with the interior layout in regards to how the hard drive cages move or come out. The walls that secure the hard drive cages can actually be rotated or removed completed to reveal a huge open space in your case for airflow, extreme liquid cooling setups, and the like.

Here's a link to a build we did we Swiftech in the Stryker (same layout as the Trooper).
