Currently I have two W.D Velociraptors 300GB in Raid 0 for the Windows boot and two Samsung F3 Spinpoint Sata2 1GB in Raid 1 (setup in Windows) for the Back- up files.

I just bought a new SSD (Samsung 840 Pro 128GB) which will install windows 7 64 bit ultimate version for new boot. What I want to know is that i will lost the Raid 1 array with the two Samsungs or is there a way so I dont lose my back up files... (lots of anime in them and work stuff and dont wonna lose those files).

CPU:intel core-i5 2400 -
Mobo asus P8p67 pro
Ram - 4GB Corsair 2x2GB
Hardisk1(Boot)- 2 X W.D Velociraptor in Raid 0 (setup in motherboard/bios) => Will Change with Samsung 840 Pro 128GB SSD
Hardisk2(Backup files)- 2 X Samsung Spinpoint in Raid 1 ( setup in Windows)
GPU - Sapphire HD6870 Toxic

Just remove both raptors and install the SSD on the lowest numbered sata port. Boot up into the raid bios and see if it passes the single drive as an AHCI drive. If not then you will need to check your raid documentation on how to configure a single drive.
When ready to install windows , load the raid drivers if there are no disk listed on the "Where to install windows" screen and continue normally from there.
