I'm upgrading from an i7 860@2.8ghz to an i5 4670k and I plan on overclocking it to 4.8ghz what kind of performance increase in games am I looking at?

You what mate? Do you have any idea how strong that processor is for its age? No fricking way is it going to bottleneck a 680.

But yes, you definitely will get a 20+Fps increase in games at the very least upgrading to a better processor
