Will these two components work together?

I would like to upgrade my video card but I'm not sure my current motherboard can support the new card I want to get. Can you please tell me if the following card will work with the following board?

I'm a newbie when it comes to this stuff.

Cool. Thanks for the quick response.

I was concerned because the card is GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 and the board is DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16.

Like I said. I'm a newbie.

3.0 is backwards compatible so you are good to go
