I want a relatively cheap joystick that I can use to play Il-2 as realistically as possible (for the money) with full control of my aircraft and customizable buttons.

Since you like games with flight, check out a game called Star Citizen.
It's a space flight sim and on their forums, you'll be able to find people with
vastly different setups; joysticks, pedals, the lot included.
