I just recently upgraded from WinXP to Win7 HomeEdition, also added a new 1TB WD HD, did a clean install of win7 i chose 64bit so i could use my other 2 gig ram total of 4gig now. Win7 seems to have found motherboard drivers, bios, everything seems to be running smooth so far,I'm curious if should use my Asus MB disc to install the asus drivers instead,or just leave it alone since it seems everything is running fine? also would like to know of a good cpu/mb temperature program i could use.

MB- Asus M2N-SLI
CPU - AMD Athlon 64x2 duel core 5000+ 2.6ghz
4 gig ram gskill
2 x 1TB HDs
Readeon HD 4850
Win7 Home Edition 64bit (now)

Windows 7 does a pretty good job of finding the correct drivers, if everything appears to be working fine I wouldn't worry about it. The only drivers I would go out of my way to get would be graphics drivers.

To date ASUS has not released a driver package for the M2N-SLI or Deluxe for Windows 7.

Though I do have my old system running all stock Microsoft drivers, except for nVidia graphics drivers, and everything works fine. My brother currently uses it for graphics work.

M2N-SLI Deluxe, Athlon X2 6000+, 2x1GB and 2x2GB (6GB) Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800, GTX285.
