BSOD during Win 8.1 Preview Install

After finishing up an installation (It was at the part where it said "setting up just a few more things", I got a BSOD. Thankfully the OS automatically reverted back to windows 8. My question is if there is a place in Event Viewer, or a log somewhere, where I can get the error code and see why it happened. Thanks.

I tried again, and this time I received this code after the BSOD and the system has reverted back to win 8. 0xc1900101-0x4000D. I googled that, and 2 or three pages came up with a similar issue. One was in Russian, the other was a tweet, lol.

I once again tried to install the 8.1 with the latest updates. This time, I did not receive a BSOD, but the installation app in the store reported an error. I found this in the log file:

2013-07-06 17:28:45, Error MOUPG CSetupManager::Execute(226): Result = 0x8024200D
2013-07-06 17:28:45, Error MOUPG CSetupHost::Execute(197): Result = 0x8024200D

I'm not sure what those mean, but when I did a quick search, I found they were associated with service pack and upgrade failures.
