Here are my system specs
ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe [Latest BIOS]
Intel Core-i7 3770K
Corsair Force Series 3 120GB SSD [Latest Firmware]
Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz C9 [2 x 4GB] RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate [64-Bit]

When I built the system it did boot up in about 7-8sec.
But now when I've installed programs like ADT,Android Studio,GTA IV,Nero 10,etc the boot up time has increased upto a minute (after logon a black screen for a minute then desktop becomes visible).
And there's 6GB reserved for overprovisioning and regular trimming is also done.
Also,1GB is dedicated to iGPU, so 7GB is available for system.

I've followed the ssdreview's ssd optimization guide and disabled all the unnecessary functions as stated.

If at all the boot up time is reduced to atleast 20sec it would be satisfactory!

Help.

When you go in, click "Hide MS services" then you can weed out what's causing the bottlenecking on startup. You can also download Soluto, which will examine and allow you to remove or delay items in your startup...
