I bought a new monitor earlier today, It's a Samsung if that matters anyway, I took a photo of some clouds on my background with my phone and it looks like this, I googled around and found nothing really, Is there any solution? I tried the monitor with 3 different cables, HDMI and 2 VGA cables (which is the only options, no DVI on monitor) and on 3 different PCs. Is it just for me to return it?

Just wanted to say the reason for me not finding anything on Google is because I'm not really experienced at all when it comes to monitors or terms used to describe problems like this.
