Z77 Extreme 4 BIOS malfunction

I happened to press the clr CMOS button on my Z77 Extreme 4 mobo and since then my computer malfunctioned and the BIOS just want my one RAM to function and that is to be set only at 1333Hz (it usually is 1600Hz and i can't change it) and my processor just want be overclocked to 3.7 otherwise I usually have it at 4.5 Ghz? Also Dr. Debug says: 4F, 99 and A2 if its any help

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5 2500k
GPU: GTX 680 Twin Frozr
RAM: Ballistix 2x4Gb DDR3 - 1600Hz
HDD: Samsung 1T
SSD: Intel 500 series 120Gb
PSU: 650W Corsair

So you did. My mistake. What have you been doing to set the ram speed? Also what are the timings on your ram? You might have to manually set those as well.

Can you overclock your cpu, or is that a problem now as well?

The only thing i can do with my ram is 1022Hz, 1333Hz or Auto and change some voltage.

I can overclock my cpu but only to 3.7 if i type in 4.6 it goes to 3.7 by itself and in my chase i have a sandy bridge wich doesnt work that good with z77 so my processor bottlenecks my gpu and thats why i need to overclock so high

That's really weird that its doing that. Try flashing the bios to a different version via usb, to see if the problem persists after that.

Thanks for all the tips but the problem was that one pin in the socket was bent so now i can change timing and all that, but i still can only use 2 DRAM slots :S
