For a Swiftech H220, should I get 4, or 2 Noctua NF-F12's to put on the radiator? Is 4 too much?

I'm about to overclock for the first time, and I'd like to start off with a pre-made loop. The Swiftech H220 in conjunction with Noctua NF-F12s is said to get stellar results, so that's what I'd like to go with. Then there's the question of just how many fans I really need. Is 2 enough? Is there a tangible benefit for having 4, like running quieter or better cooling? So, yeah. Thanks in advance.

Two will be fine. Using four would only be in push/pull, which will provide almost no performance benefit.
My only deal with Noctuas is that they are expensive and ugly. However, if you are willing to deal with that, then they are spectacular fans. :)
EDIT: Something else to add is that a fan like the Corsair SP-120 will be best for a radiator, as it offers the highest SP (best for getting air through tight radiators), but they are quite loud.

As usual, I would just start with two fans. If you feel like your CPU should run a bit cooler, get two more.
I mean, installing 2 additional fans to a rad afterwards isn´t that much of a hazzle. ;)

Most reviews say that a push/pull config will give you a 1-4°C benefit. Depending on the fans and the rad of course.

As for the fans themselves: If you want the fans with the best noise-to-sp relation, definately get the Noctuas.
If you want better SP, you should probably have a look at the Corsair SP120 - as said before - or the Scythe Gentle Typhoons.
