Since the 700 series has a gpu boost 2.0, I was wondering If you guys can suggest some good fan cooling solutions that can help keep my gpu cool so that I can overclock it higher. My budget is still 1500$

Solution
Would you be willing to go with a larger case? it would give you better airflow and just more space for the heat to go in general

aside from that, the 200R is a basic but still very well designed case. if you insist on having the 200R, I would get rid of the harddrive rack in the front to improve airflow from the front fans, and mount a fan on the side panel to blow cool air in at the GPU

Honestly though, chip lottery will be a much bigger factor on your overclocking headroom than buying a few extra fans. if you're willing to just max out your $1500 budget, I would just go water cooling. but in that case you would void your warranty

Also, not sure how much OC you plan to get on that 4670K but if you intend on going much over 4GHz, the 212 EVO may not be the best choice.....lots of recent documentation indicates that Haswell doesn't OC as well or as easily as Ivy Bridge and needs better cooling. Just something to consider.

vmem's idea of removing HDD rack is always good if you can do it.

If can please suggest a different case that has more airflow and still fit my budget please suggest. Especially if you can find one with a fan.

If you are looking at just airflow the Phantom 410 or the HAF 922 are both good options for large cases that can be expanded to liquid cooling should you want too.
