Im building a computer and id like to get a liquid cpu cooler, would i have to change the liquid inside the cooler after a certain amount of time? Also this is the one im thinking about getting http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Cooling-Heatsink-Ra...

For closed loop coolers such as the one linked the answer is usually no. The coolant level will drop over a long period of time, and most units do contain some sort of fill port to top it up. You will have to research what coolant they use though.

For a CLC like that Seidon, no. With the exception of the H220, they dont even give you the ability add or remove coolant unless your fine with just cutting the tubing.

I believe the Asetek design CLC's (Corsair Hydro's I know are) all use Ethelyne Glycol (Anti-Freeze) for their coolant.
