Explore your driver disc for the DTS package. There should be one on there..

Hello,

many thanks for the response! I asked the same question to the Asus support one week ago directly. They confirmed the problem but had no sollution yet.
Good to know that Asus is working on a solution.

I have a question regarding the UEFI-boot time on this Board.
With the latest UEFI/BIOS it tooks 8 seconds before windows (7-64bit) starts to boot. I allready have optimized everything I could (deactivating everything I do not use). with the UEFI version before the boot needed 14 seconds. So this allreaedy a nice improvement :)

This is my first UEFI-board so I am not sure. In my opinion this is a long boot-time. Is this normal or can I do anything to speed it up. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
I mean just the time before the OS starts to boot, just when the BIOS screen appears.

What are your UEFI boot times?

Many thanks in advance.

I have lost faith is Asus. A brand new Z87-A Mobo and an Asus Xonar sound card. Onboard sound can only be used via front headphone connection and the sound card was not recognized. Two product, both faulty.
Looks like their product are not subjected to any quality control.
