you'll kick yourself for getting that motherboard down the road. you can't overclock it. No heatsinks on the mosfets... so on and so forth. The Asus m5a97 R2.0 is a good budget overclocking option. The LE version is not.

You probably will want a little more power from your psu... a 600W would probably be better.... and you'll need an aftermarket cpu cooler for a bit of overclocking.

Otherwise, yes, this system will run crysis3 and bf3 just fine; maybe not on the highest settings at huge resolutions but at 1080p on the highest settings it should be fine.
