Haswell or Ivy Bridge? (September 2013)

I plan on building a new gaming PC in September. I am trying to get an idea on what I want. Should I buy the Haswell or Ivy Bridge. I want it for at least 4-5 years. So what is the better choice? Will be overclocking slightly, i7 3770k or 4770k? Also will be using it for gaming and rendering out videos.
Thanks in advance!

Would this system be "future proof?" Will all of these parts work together?
Will this PSU work with the Haswell CPU?

Only thing I would change is faster memory like the memory below and make sure that evga 770 uses the acx cooler. As I said in another thread. I cannot describe how amazing bf3 and other games are with fast memory. Haswell is designed for fast memory so take advantage of it

  4. I think it looks good, and notice you have 1600 DRAM also, not sure which set of Vengeance you are looking at, but if it's a 1.65 set, I'd reconsider and look at a 1.5 set, generally that high of voltage is seen in the higher freq sets like 2133 and above, and the timings on those are rather blase, like 9-9-9 - on 1600 look for CL7 or CL8. To try and future proof at all, I'd look at least to 1866 and prob 2133, 2400 or better if in the budget

They look like single sided dimms and don't buy corsair memory. It's a ripoff

Those are both CL10, if you want performance RAM CL10 normally mmatches to 2400 sticks, 2133/is CL9, down to 1866 look for CL8 and at 1600 look for CL7...think with your CPU/mobo combo I'd look to the GSkill Snipers or the GSkill Titans

Okay, I would like it if everything would match. So is there a cheaper option that is black? I know looks isn't everything but I will have a window and want a good look. Thanks
