Laptop does not power up ?

I own a Samsung NP300E5X, it was working like a charm till y'day night. Battery was low when i last worked on it. Morning, I try to power on the laptop and it does not power up. I put AC mains to charge, still does not power up. I remove battery and put AC mains, still no joy. Can anyone help me out as to how to get it working again. On putting battery and/or ac mains, a green LED (which has (+-) on it glows green.

@Nedal0 - tried that, only the led flickers once and laptop still does not start. I checked the AC charger with a multimeter, its working fine too. Any further ideas ?

If you comfortable with opening the bottom part of the laptop, I will suggest you check and reseat you HDD and Ram Modules.
