For the price, I guess you can't really do much better. But why skimp out on the PSU. If your PSU is bad, the rest of your components die more quickly, or so I've heard. And that PSU seems REALLY OLD. I mean it has a floppy disk drive power connector and comes only with a one year warranty. I also can't seem to find the brand "KPTS" anywhere online. No history or anything. It also probably has a low efficiency. Most lower end PSUs from 8+ years ago had really bad efficiency.

Your choice.

If the PSU doesn't have a trustworthy brand backing it, don't buy it, end of story. No matter what your budget, it will cost you more in the long run to potentially damage your system with a shoddy PSU than it will to save up a bit more (and I do mean "a bit", as you can get a SeaSonic-made XFX Core Edition 550w for $45 right now) for a good one.

That's a bit of a moot point, however, as there's a Corsair PSU for that much on Newegg right now (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) which, while not SeaSonic-quality, is still going to be better than a no-name PSU off ebay.
