You forgot to mention your motherboard.

I don't know why you say you need a 1TB HDD for speed. If you need speed you shoud consider a SSD or a 10.000 RPM Velocraptor or something. If you plan on overclocking your CPU you'd need a cooler. When choosing for an air cooler you'd probably need low profile RAM.

Don't get a 10,000rpm drive. They are a hoax and dont read or write faster than a normal 7200rpm drive. Just get a normal drive and don't waste the money.

Your build is SUPER not balanced well at all. You have a high end CPU, overpriced motherboard, way too much RAM, and only a medium range GPU.

At 1080p this system will play new games at mostly high settings. No games will max out.

Get a cheaper motherboard ($120 MAX), 8gb 1600mhz RAM (games use max 4gb anyway), 600w PSU (plenty of watts for any single GPU).

Use all the saved money to get they best GPU possible. Overclocking the cPU will do nothing for gaming performance unless you have a VERY high end GPU, so I wouldn't worry about it as your GPU will be holding you back the most here.
