i know that some don't like the 7770 but i had just enough for it and not the 7850 yet

I liked the mobo because it had great memory expansion and speed and,6gb hard drive.

I was not playing to yet. I don't have the money for after market cooling (was thining about getting water cooling if i do overclock) i just play on playing some games and homework. I needed a new computer i'm useing my Insperon 1520 core2duo and gt8600m gt. so i want to get a good computer for 600$
 
If you want to OC later then consider getting a better motherboard, like the ASRock 990FX Extreme3. There's a good deal on newegg right now, that purchasing that board will get you 8gb ram for free, too, meaning there's no need to buy RAM anymore. This board even support SLI in case you want to put in another gtx650ti boost in the future:
