Enough Power for a MSI 560 Ti HAWK?

My config is :
Intel Core I7 920
16 gig ddr3 triple channel
Western Digital 500GB HDD
Mobo Intel DX58SO Extreme Series
Zippy HP2-6460P 460watts
Case with 4x 80mm fan and 1 120mm.

I would like to replace my old Hd4850 for a MSI 560 Ti HAWK.The Zippy was in a server and i took it for my personnal computer cause of the reability and stability.

Your link doesn't work.

Since you aren't overclocking the i7 you will have enough power. However, 560ti models are recommended 500W.

Seeing as you are pulling a PSU from a server, I'd suggest getting a good $50 PSU instead.
XFX 550W is hard to beat at that price range.
