Not all power supplies are created equal, cheap, no brand units (like yours) are notorious for not delivering their rated output and poor protection get something better.
On a more technical note, it has weak 12v output and modern systems draw most of their power from this line, not the 3.3 and 5 volt lines.
Look for 450-500 Watts from a good maker like: Corsair, Silverstone, Seasonic, FSP, antec, OCZ, Pc Power and cooling, or XFX.

The GX series are pretty good 'value' units, It will be much better (and safer) than the one you are currently using.
What country are you in? Perhaps we can help to find something a little better, after all why have bread when you can have cake?

Yeh im planning for 550 or may be 650 watt anyways thanks for sharing u r time for my silly question s I knew that I have to change my psu but dont want to waste my another 4000 (i bought TAG psu on 2700 INR 9 months ago)which is very expensive for me . anyways again thanx a lot
