Hey guys, i'm in a real pickle here.
So I just finished my new build here are the specs:
I7 4770k @ stock
Assus sabertooth z87
2 samsung 840 pro in raid0
1 ocz vertex agility
Sli 780gtx superclocked
32gb of patriot viper (4dimms)
1500w silverstone psu
Swiftech h220
Nzxt phantom 820

It boots fine and I managed to install windows and get most of that working. However, the system seems to be incredibly unstable. What I mean by this is that trying to do windows updates will blue screen the system, updating graphic drivers, the system hardlocks, booting up allbenchmark crashes it after a 2 min black screen.

Now I spent all of yesterday on this trying to figure it out, I have reformatted three times now (all of different drives) with no avail. I also ran memtest86 over night and its currently still going after 9 hours and 15 minutes with 6 passes and no errors.
Prime95 will surprisingly also run fine (Although I only ran it for an hour). I'm completely lost on what to check next, I doubt its the 780's because it doesn't have anything to with windows updates and that bricks it.

It's also worth mentioning that I had troubles with the board as it wouldn't post unless the sata mode was AHCI instead of RAID and would just turn on the "Boot device LED" (Before windows was installed) unless I actually used the physical memtest button to boot it up. I cleared the CMOS to try to fix that with no avail, so i'm currently not running Raid.

Hopefully I can get an answer or some suggestions, cause i'm all out of them.
Thanks.

disconnect all your drives but the one/ones you're installing the operating system on. when said and done, and you have the SSD set up properly ( google it ), see if there's a firmware update for the SSD's.

don't forget to install the motherboard drivers off the disc or go on the web and get the latest ones. and while you are there it might not be a bad idea to check for BIOS fixes. These z87's are new.

I'm currently updating the bios, hopefully its going well.

Also, it wasn't that I couldn't set it up, on one of the reformat I installed Windows on the drives in raid and everything, and as long as the system only resets and doesn't completely power off it will post and boot. But the second the system powers off by a shut down, it will no longer post and I have to manually press the memtest key on the board to even get some picture on the screen to then get it to reset and boot correctly.

I used the EZ flashback utility in the bios to update to 1007. It said flashback successful and rebooted, though it rebooted like 5 times, all in different time intervals. Now its booted and I have the motherboard splash screen and the megatrends icon and its just sitting there, don't want to touch it in case it bricks it though.

Alright, so updating the bios seems to have helped at least a bit, it managed to recognize the ram and I enabled XMP. Also, it actually booted up and ran the Catzilla benchmark with no problems.

However, now, when I went to do the windows performance index I got a Pen_List_Corrupt BSOD. Wich indicates a possible driver failure? Next ill try to use windows update, since that didn't function before.
