anyone can help me pick or suggest certain things?

CPU: i5 4570

MBO:

HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB

RAM:

PSU: easonic X650 X-series 650w 80PLUS Gold (Modular)

GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970

ATX: Corsair Obsidian 350D Window Edition

MON: LG IPS237L

ODD: LiteOn IHAS124 24x Multi Format DVDWriter

- now can anyone help me pick a compatible matx non-OC mobo? and a RAM that would look cool and great with the corresponding mobo

-mobo should have 4 ram slots + good audio output

- LG IPS237L or IPS234V?

You're not interested in overclocking, I think? And things will look awful through the side window if you don't have a big aftermarket CPU cooler.

Do you need to put in another vga in the future? That PSU is quite overkill if you ask me. Same for the ram kit since you don't OC.
