Its very hot outside right now about 38/40º and my PC now gets very hot just by playing one game and such.. the temps right on this moment i just finished 1 game on "Shootmania":
59+º CPU
64+º MotherBoard
45+º Harddrive

I have a cooler that makes a little fence cooled where the laptop is sitting and I have 2 desktop fans plugged outside throwing some air(kinda noisy) on the fans holes(they don't interrupt air flow or something like that.

I sit my hands on the the cooler side(left side of the keyboard) and its kinda hot.. and I'm afraid that the temps and going too much up, I get 60 on anything i think and I cleaned up the inside of the PC some months ago(by a professional) and I also formated it and use the Windows Basic theme for full performance.. this heats up still too much with the hotness outside.. any help telling me if this is normal, the temps reads and such? and I start getting my hands sweaty as well..

Still.. the game then loses lots of FPS when I play it for a good hour or so(I always do this) and the FPS drop from 70/60/80/100 to 20/10 and my CPU goes to 100% and then 70/60/80%, and well.. the readings and below 70º but the left side of the keyboard is heated up..

This didn't happen other days.. started happening just like that..

for a lptop, those temps are probably fine. They are meant to run hotter as space and thus cooling is at a premium. Gaming on any laptop pushes them to the limit.
