How much should i overclock my GPU?

It is an EVGA GTX 650ti and has EVGA precision OC tool.
I have 600watts and an i3 and 4gbs of ram.
All default fans etc. And not necessary but what about the i3?

you can overclock your GPU as much as you like, just keep an eye out for graphical errors and stay under <75c on typical load. ( for example gaming )
