Hi! I'm really a nube when It comes to this sort of thing, but I do know that I want an i7 CPU and a GTX 660 Ti GPU.... Could someone help me find the best setup based around these devices for under £1000? PS. Obviously it's going to be a hackintosh, so a Gigabyte motherboard would be best!

I chose the best 4th Gen i7 out there (But if you are into gaming more than rendering, i5 is the way to go).
Also, chose GTX 760 instead of 660 Ti because it is faster than the latter and also cheaper which renders 660 Ti obsolete to buy right now.

This is a pretty good build but personally I would recommend buying i5 4670K instead of i7 and using the saved money for an SSD.

Then get GTX 660 Ti or HD 7950 (Whichever is cheaper) and keep everything else as it is. :)

Also, if the question is solved you might want to pick a solution. It would help others too this way.

Core i5 4670K is the best gaming processor out there from Intel.

It equally matches to those of high end i7 ones with it comes to gaming and FPS because games do not require hyper threading and other i7 features otherwise used in rendering.
