Problems with Catalyst Control Center?

I have an AMD 7870 Radeon Graphics card, and this message keeps popping up saying that the Catalyst Control Center Host Application has stopped working. Also, programs and browsers will close unexpectedly and my computer crashes frequently. Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?

try to uninstall and reinstall grapichs drivers( you can remove all amd related programs through "add or remove programs""
also i heard there are problems with CCC and windows 8, if u have windows 8.
you can also: check temps.
try diffrent drivers.
