Probably the best budget processor you can run is the FX 6300, or so I hear.

Sorry, I don't know any UK retailers.
You can pair that chip with a relatively cheap motherboard as you probably don't need a ton of advanced features. From there it's easy to get 2x4 gb ripjaw ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314
and you have most of your computer. Grab a discount case, disk drive, and whatever decently sized hard drive that gets good reviews, finally a 500W power supply? I need to doble check that.

You can't display more than 60fps, nor can the average eye view more than 60 fps. You can still have it and record it, expensive monitor or no :p

Edit: Also, bigtroll, would you say he can record his games with that hardware on integrated graphics? That seems ambitious to me but it's been a long time since I've used IGPUs.

the average eye can see more than 60fps, and you can get a 144hz for like $200

Hm, I donno man, pretty sure your eye is incapable of registering more than 50-60 frames per second, many not above 30 fps. Do a google search and find something to prove me wrong though, my information may be out of date.

I do think, some of those monitors with high refresh rate also have something else very valuable, low latency! That actually makes a big difference in some twitch games like league, the 2-3 ms latency monitors seem awesome and I want one. That's all off topic, though, and out of his budget range.

Moreover, asking for help then ignoring said help( I guess we've been arguing in the thread off topic but still we gave answers!) and instead going with a part that destroys the budget, heh funny way to say thank you strangers for giving me free tech advice!

He is only 13 however, I remember how inept I was at that age :D And maybe still am. I could completely see myself pulling this kind of crap still.

Edit for the OP:

That ram kit serves all of your needs, no problems with it. You definately do not need that powerful of a cpu based off of the budget you posted + the needs you outlined. If you have adjusted your budget at all, take that money out of the CPU and get a GTX 660, or 760, going instead with an FX 6100/fx 6300, and you will get a much larger performance incerase imo.

You do not need a 650 watt PSU, 500-550 would serve your needs even with the upped graphics card, especially if you stick with the gtx 650.

You can go for cheaper motherboard or RAM if you wish (I gave u cheapest 32GB RAM motherboard and 2X4GB 1600MHZ RAM) and you can cut on PSU, i chose 600W corsair for quality and future upgrades. You can do with 500-550W

Your original post states that you already have a video card, the build you just did now includes another videocard which does not mix with the one you already have.

You've chosen a processor that you cannot overclock, you don't need additional cooling, the stock cooler is just fine.

You also don't really want to use WiFi for gaming, best bet is to run an ethernet line.

Listen to the advice the guys are giving you in this thread, you asked for their help, don't keep ignoring them, most of them know what they're doing and are offering you great solutions.

You've also well exceeded your own budget, has your budget changed?

the games you have listed will not and do not require a quad core given how weak they are
