I just recently started my first build, and I have everything plugged in. When I turn the switch on the power supply I get the green standby light, but nothing else. If I hit the DirectKey button or the power button on the chassis, then the CPU LED flashes red for a brief moment. I keep trying to start it, but the chassis fans don't start, none of the chassis lights come on, the optical drive light doesn't come on, and I'm at a wall. I have updated the bios by using the flashback port, but that didn't change anything.
My part list is:
Motherboard - Sabertooth 990fx R2.0
Processor - AMD FX-8350 (8-core, 4ghz)
Chassis - Coolermaster Haf X
Power Supply - Coolermaster 750w Bronze
HDD - Seagate 3TB
Optical Drive - Pioneer BDR-208DBK
GPU - Radeon Saphire HD 7950
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB
If anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong I will much appreciate the help.
