Graphic card and PSU

So I just built my first tower, and here's my build:

i5-4670k running @ 3.4 GHz
msi G41 z78 Motherboard
ATX Power Supply 450w
1600Hz 2x4Gb Ram
500GB Hard drive
LG CD Drive.

Altogether I spent around $850 including wireless adapter and etc.
So my concern is, I'm thinking of getting a graphic card later when I have the money for it.
Until then I'm going to be stuck with Intel Graphic 4600.. (which isn't too bad).

Anyway, do you think my PSU (450w) can support a graphic card on top of my build?
I play dota and hon mostly and thikning of starting Assasin's Creed.

Also, my CPU is running at factory speed which is 3.4GHz. What's the safe range to overclock it to? (and again can my psu support OC?)

Well what brand of PSU do you have. You could get a card such as a Radeon HD 7770 or a GTX 650 Ti Boost. They are mid-range cards but they'll get the job done, you wont be doing yourself any favors though if you have a 4670k and a lower-end GPU, so you might want to save up for something a bit nicer down the road.

Also, for overclocking, you could probably get to 4.2-4.4GHz fairly easily, provided you have a decent cooler, though if you get a GPU you won't want to have an overclocked CPU at only 450watts. As for the settings, that's something you'll have to figure out by changing them in the BIOS and stress testing with a program of your choice.

With the PSU you have right now, you won't have much overclocking headroom. Change it and get at least a 650W or 750/850W if you plan to overclock and do a SLI or Crossfire configuration.

How much are HD 7770s?
I might try to CrossFire them and get a 750w PSU and OC up to 3.8GHx to be safe.

I think you meant msi g41 z87.
Your psu can handle a card as good as a 7850 or GTX660ti.

How well you can oc is determined by your chip quality(there is a BIG variation) and cpu cooler.
My guess would be in the 4.0 to 4.3 range for a conservative oc.
But, take what you can get and be happy. The cpu will do well, even running at stock.

They are right around $120 is right now, but you want to avoid Crossfire and SLI if you can with lower end GPU's, I'd try to purchase a single GTX 760 or 770, or you could get something cheaper like a used 7970/7950 or GTX 680/670 and still get great performance.
