I own an asrock z77 extreme pro4 motherboard and recently ran into a code 31 error for all my wan miniport drivers. I uninstalled my wan miniports and tried reinstalling them, but they won't reinstall and the wan miniport devices are not even listed on the device manager page. I know that it's a registry related issue and everything is working except for the wan miniports and because the wan miniports are not working, my network adapters are not working. Basically, does anyone know a fix for re installing my wan miniport drivers after removing them due to a code 31 error and then them disappearing from device manager entirely?

I just want to add that I have verified that my network adapters are enabled in bios, I have tried the latest drivers, I have tried deleting the upper and lower limits in the registry, and it seems as though my pc is not able to detect my Ethernet or WiFi adapter because neither of them show up in my adapter page in the network and sharing center nor do they show up in an ipconfig/all in the command prompt
