Would like opinions on the best cooler for Phenom II x6 1055T. In case it matters, I will be using both XP Pro & Linux (XP Pro will be phased out over the coming years). Also, using legacy motherboard (Gigabyte AMD 770-series). Anything else you need to know to make recommendation, just ask!

Are you planning on overclocking? If you want inexpensive and you plan on staying on air and not overclocking then the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus is an excellent value even with modest overclocks.
