Hello need help pick the right RAM for my motherboard

Hello I own an ASUS P8 Z77-V LX2 Mother Board (http://)
And I'd like to know What RAM I should get that will work best 16GB (4x4 or 8x2)2133Mhz and above. From This site (http://)
Any and all help would be appreciated. Also I realise there is a list of RAM on the link to the MB however it doesn't explain weather it's just what they have tested or if it is the only RAM compatible.

Hello techsamurai and Tradesman1. Firstly the link you gave me techsamurai is to a different mother board and Tradesman1 I have i-7 3770K at stock speeds

Thanks for all the help. Funnily enough those were the one's I picked but I was put off by the QVL's so I thought I would make sure. Better safe than sorry. :p

The link has all the compatible memory upgrades (Except for the O.C) for P8Z77-V LX2 just as the ASUS P8Z77-V LK. Anyway, now, that you have solved it.
