What fan control software are people using?

I've always used Speedfan, though its a bit primitive it does the job. Is there anything better? I can't seem to find any.

I just use the settings in my bios.

For my older systems, I used speedfan.

Too bad Asrock has a really crappy fan controller, I'd love to be able to control my fans like that.
