The vcore is at 1.35 and for cooling I have a hyper 212 evo. I have pretty good air flow with my CM Storm trooper case, it has 2 front 120mm intakes, 2 side 120mm intakes, 1 bottom 120mm intake, 1 rear 140mm exhaust, and 1 top 200mm exhaust.
I'm idling at about 40 degrees right now, while running prime95 it maxes at 71 degrees and usually stays in mid 60s. Are these temperatures too high?

No, I thought I was supposed to disable power saving features for overclocking. This is my first time overclocking my cpu so I'm just going off of what people online have said. Should I enable them?

OK, that seems to have fixed it. I am now idling in the low thirties (with about 28 degrees ambient "/) Thanks! Just noticed the vcore is at 1.32 under load now, but since it hasn't BSODed I guess that's fine, will run prime95 for a bit though.

Great! :) Yes, it should ramp up when required. Run prime95 and monitor with CPU-Z to check voltages and clock reach what the have been set to.
