hi , thankyou for reading this ,i have to buy a graphics card radeon powercolor hd 7770 which is a cased graphics card , i want to know that will it gonna fit in my dell inspiron 530s slim cabinet with 250w smps(but card needs 450w will it gonna handle it)

Actually, Sapphire 7750 Low Profile card is the best in this class, to the best of my knowledge. This card is the first choice for all slim PCs.

The PSU ratings given by the manufacturers are highly over stated. They assume the very worst conditions with the very poorest PSUs and an abnormally heavily loaded system. The HD 7750 is only a 55W card. The PCIe X16 buss is spec'd to provide up to 75W for cards. Maxed out at 55W, the card will only draw 4.6amps on the +12V rail. All but the poorest PSUs can handle that.
